The
AmState Compensation Plan
will pay, to a qualified
licensed realtor, a
commission on all completed
sales after the Franchise
royalty and also a 1%
commission on sales made by
productive* team
members down through seven
(7) tiers of qualified
licensed realtors. Fees
associated with real estate
transactions may exist and
will be determined by the
broker and/or Franchisee.

The
AmState Compensation Plan will also pay a
team bonus of $300 a year on the first (1)
and seventh (7) productive* team member
tiers and $100 per year on the remaining
five (5) productive* team member tiers for a
total of seven tiers. This team bonus will
be paid in twelve equal monthly
installments. The team bonus will apply to
every qualified member in your organization.
Recruiter Only Plan: In order for the AmState IA
(recruiter only) to receive this team bonus
he must have at least two (2) Productive* licensed agents
in his team. A Recruiter is not
eligible for the sales commission or the
1% Team commission on licensed realtors in
his team.
*Productive- A Licensed agent who has an
approved listing or sale.
